What if I can’t print my reservation?

Check out your "Arrival Instructions," located on your reservation,  to see if the lot accepts mobile reservations. If it does, you can open your confirmation email or sign into your account from your phone on our mobile website or app to view your mobile reservation.

If your location does not accept mobile reservations, you'll need to find a way to print out your reservation to guarantee your parking spot. You can always email the pass to a friend or head to a print store.
