What if I'm unable to use my reservation?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for unused reservations.

You may cancel your reservation, for any reason, up to 24 hours before the reservation starts and receive a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for reservations cancelled after that point.

To cancel, go to https://www.parkme.com/reservations/ to view your upcoming reservations. Click "Cancel" on the reservation you would like to cancel under "My Reservations," and follow the prompt on the dialog box. 

After 24 hours prior to the start of the parking reservation, all parking reservations are non-refundable. That being said, we encourage all customers who experienced any issues at all with their reservations to reach out to our customer service team at support@parkme.com or (310) 451-9109. If there were unforeseen circumstances at the location that kept you from parking we will provide you with an appropriate resolution.
